Q: Is there a minimum amount of days to rent items?
A: No Minimum. Daily, weekly, and beyond.
Q: Is there any discounts if we rent longer than two weeks?
A: Yes! There is a 15% discount for 15 days and longer.
Q: What if I cancel my order?
A: There is a 100% refund if cancelled 24 hours prior to delivery. $10.00 cancellation fee will apply if cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. Refunds may take a week to process.
Q: How is Payment taken, and will there be any additional costs?
A: The price shown at booking, is the price paid. Hawaii State Tax (4.167%) is included with the price.
Q: Can I pay cash for my rental?
A: Yes, please pay the driver when your delivery is made.
Q: What happens upon delivery?
A: We will unload your items, and show you any operational functions for the rental items. Please use items properly, safely, and with great care.
Q: What happens at pick up?
A: We will meet at a designated time and location to pick up all rented items. We will contact you if there is a delay due to traffic, weather, etc.
Q: Can I just leave my rental items at the front desk, or with the bellman?
A: Most hotels and resorts have a checkout time at 10 am. This is a very busy time for them, and I recommend pick up on the prior afternoon.
Q: What are your hours?
A: Deliveries and pick up times are from 7 am to 3 pm daily.
Q: Do I need to be present for delivery and pick up?
A: Yes, please have your contact phone with you. Just a signature of items received in good working order, and you’re on your way.
Q: What if I want to return my rental items after 3 pm?
A: Give us a call. We always try to accommodate our guests!
Q: What if there is a faulty or damaged item?
A: Please call us as soon as you find a problem. We will exchange the item at our earliest convenience.
Q: Can I extend my rental time?
A: Yes, just call us for your extended rental time. We will charge you for the extra days when the items are returned.
Q: Are rental items cleaned after each rental?
A: Yes, all rental items are cleaned and sanitized after each rental.
Q: Should I book my rental items in advance, or can I wait until I arrive?
A: To ensure you receive the items you want, we suggest you book your rental items when you confirm your vacation dates, and accommodations. All items are available on a first come, first served basis, and some items have limited stock.
Q: May I return my rental items early before my scheduled pick up time?
A: Yes, but we do not refund for early returns.
Q: Can we order and receive rentals the same day?
A: Yes, based upon availability. We make every effort to fulfill orders depending on stock available and delivery schedules.
Q: Are the rental items exactly as shown in the photos?
A: Other than different color chairs, all rental items are as shown.
Q: Why can’t you deliver to Kihei or Wailea?
A: The company 808 Beach is based on the West side of Maui. Look for island-wide expansion coming soon!
