What if there is a faulty or damaged item?
Please call us as soon as you find a problem. We will exchange the item at our earliest convenience.

Do you offer refunds?
We do offer refunds if it’s 24 hours before your rental request.

What if I cancel my order?
There is a 100% refund if cancelled 24 hours prior to delivery. $10.00 cancellation fee will apply if cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.

May I return my rental items early before my scheduled pick up time?
Yes, but we do not refund for early returns.
